1. Acceptance of Terms

CleanRun Air Duct Cleaning Cumming provides professional home services in Cumming, GA and surrounding areas. All service offerings are subject to availability and to a professional assessment of site conditions before work begins.
Certain service requests coordinated through cleanrunairductcumming.com may be carried out by independent trade professionals or partner contractors who work in conjunction with CleanRun Air Duct Cleaning Cumming. By requesting service, a customer acknowledges and agrees that their job may be completed by one of these coordinated professionals.
4. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of GA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, the site, or any services provided by CleanRun Air Duct Cleaning Cumming shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in GA, and both parties consent to that venue.
5. Estimates and Pricing
Any estimate provided by CleanRun Air Duct Cleaning Cumming reflects the information available at the time it is given and is offered in good faith. Final pricing may differ from an initial estimate if actual site conditions, material requirements, or scope of work are found to differ materially from what was originally assessed.
If a change in price becomes necessary, CleanRun Air Duct Cleaning Cumming will notify the customer before proceeding with additional work. Continuing with service after receiving such notice constitutes the customer’s approval of the revised pricing.
6. Changes to These Terms

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
CleanRun Air Duct Cleaning Cumming requests at least 24 hours’ advance notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a confirmed appointment. This allows the company to reallocate time to other customers and plan accordingly.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late-cancellation fee. Any applicable fee will be communicated to the customer at the time of booking or upon scheduling confirmation.
